Event Narrative
A tornado touched down in the area just south of Geiger and moved on a generally eastward path parallelling State Highway 116 to the area just west of Gainesville. Power lines were downed, one building was destroyed and another heavily damaged, trees were snapped and uprooted, and a mobile home was damaged.
