9.7 NE Jasper An F1 tornado touched down approximately 1.5 miles east of the Curry Community along Burrows Crossing Road. The tornado completely destroyed a barn and sheet metal was strewn downstream over 300 yards. One additional barn was heavily damaged. A few trees were blown down along the tornado path. The tornado dissipated near the intersection of Blooming Grove Road and Drummond Road. The thunderstorm had a funnel cloud during its entire course across Walker County and numerous photos of this feature were captured. Start: 33.9300/-87.1700 End: 33.9500/-87.1500
