W Foley A tornado touched down west of Foley and moved northeast across the northern part of Foley to near the Wilson Airport. Five planes were destroyed at Wilson Airport. Two homes were demolished and 12 others suffered extensive damaged. Several commercial buildings and other homes were slightly damaged. Numerous trees were uprooted and power lines were knocked down.
