Tornado data displayed on this site is aggregated from multiple U.S. government public domain sources:

NOAA Storm Prediction Center (SPC) — Primary tornado records including date, EF/F scale, path coordinates, fatalities, injuries, and property loss (1950–present)
NOAA/NCEI Storm Events Database — Event and episode narratives providing detailed storm descriptions
NWS Birmingham (BMX) Tornado Database — Alabama-specific tornado descriptions and EF ratings
NOAA Severe Weather Data Inventory (SWDI) — Radar-derived tornado vortex signatures from NEXRAD

All NOAA, NCEI, NWS, and SPC data is in the U.S. public domain and freely available for reuse.
